This identity goes beyond aesthetics — it serves as a strategic foundation where design, marketing, and emotion converge into a coherent and impactful experience.
The task was to create an entirely new brand and visual design system from the ground up — one that would position Viccon Property as a modern and forward-thinking player entering the Swedish real estate market. The identity needed to stand out from competitors through its contemporary aesthetics, clarity, and versatility, ensuring strong recognition and differentiation in a highly competitive landscape.

DESIGN CHALLANGE
We developed a brand-new identity and modular design system that reflects motion, progress, and architectural precision. At its core, the bold arrow symbol serves as both a logotype and a flexible graphic language, adaptable across digital platforms, print, and large-scale applications.
The visual system combines modern typography with a distinctive color palette — balancing professionalism with human warmth — to create a brand that feels innovative, trustworthy, and approachable.
This solution ensures that Viccon Property enters the Swedish real estate market with a modern, differentiated presence, establishing recognition, trust, and a clear competitive edge.
